Taylor Park Marina sits on the southern edge of Taylor Park Reservoir, which is 2,400 acres large. At an elevation of 9300' the skies are blue, the air is light, crisp and best of all clear. On the north end of the lake we are surrounded by the magnificent beauty of the Sawatch Mountain Range also know as the Collegiate Peaks. The undiscovered beauty of Taylor Park makes your vacation experience more adventurous since fancy amenities are not an option.

We at Taylor Park Marina eliminate the need to bring your own equipment. We rent fishing boats, pontoons, and rent or sell all your fishing equipment needs. We carry a full line of fishing lures and bait as well as beverages and snacks for the "people needs".

Boats for Rent: 24' Pontoon Boats, 18' Pontoon Boats , 16' Fishing Boats , 14' Fishing Boats.

Fishing Equipment for Rent: Fully equipped Trolling poles, Fully equipped Casting poles, Nets and Stringers, Cushions and Umbrellas.

Other Services Available: Full line of tackle sales, Bait, Snacks-Pop, Beer and Ice. The Marina's Grill is famous for its great breakfast burritos and burgers.

An annual Taylor Park Marina Fishing Derby is held in June of each year and offers cash prizes for longest northern pike, largest pike by weight, most pike caught, and largest trout caught in the Taylor Park Reservoir. Registration begins at 6 am the morning of the Derby, with eligible fishing times between 7 am to 5 pm. There is an entry fee per person. Registration for the kids' division is free, with non-cash prizes available. Call or email for actual date.

Located just 3-1/2 hours from Denver, 36 miles west of Buena Vista over Cottonwood Pass or from Gunnison on Highway 135, ten miles north to Almont and then east on County Road 742.
