$99: Try this cozy one room cabin for two, with a queen bed, micro, refrigerator, two burner cook top, and barbecue.

Cabin Fever

$99: This cozy, one room cabin is on the end with a queen log bed and an eating nook with beautiful views of the mountains and water. Please only two people.
No fireplace, but still nice!

One Room with Gas Fireplace

$109: Enjoy the views in a one room cabin with French doors and beautiful views of the waterway and continental divide. The gas log fireplace warms the cabin and casts shadows on the beautiful queen log bed, with a twin trundle. Two of these have ladders to sleeping lofts for the older kids.
Most Popular and hard to get!

Two Room, One Bedroom

$139 : Spread out in a one bedroom cabin with a queen bed in the main room and a handmade queen bunk bed in the separate bedroom. Both of these have gas log fireplaces, and beautiful views of the water and the mountains.
Might Wanna Stay Longer!

Out on a Limb Cabin

$139 : Relax and soak in the outdoors in an end cabin with its own tree house. A gas log fireplace in the main room will warm you while you relax and enjoy the view from your own crooked tree house. The bedroom has a queen log bed and the main room has two futon couches.

The Garden Patch and Potting Shed

$129: This special one bedroom end cabin has a fenced area with nice views of the mountains and the water. Sleep on the queen log bed in the potting shed, or take a nap on the futon couch, next to the glow of the fire.

Ye Ole Bait and Tackle Shop

$139 : One bedroom, end cabin is popular because of more than one outhouse. A queen bed in the main room has a drift boat headboard and a separate bedroom, with sleeping for more in the queen bed and bunk bed.
Try to figure out the moral of the story about the boat on the ceiling!

"Little Log House"

$159: A quaint, three bedroom, two story log house located next to the lodge, with a full kitchen. Dine while enjoying the warmth of the gas log fireplace. The private fenced yard has a charcoal barbeque and picnic table. Bedrooms up and down. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other has a full and a twin bed.

Check In

Please check in between 3 pm and 9 pm.
Check out is before 10:00 am.
If you expect to arrive at a time other than normal check in, please contact us to make arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel your reservations for late arrival and any deposit will be nonrefundable.

Reservations

A deposit of 1/2, minimum one night, of the lodging amount is required to hold the room. The remaining balance, plus tax, is due at the time of your arrival. We do accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard). You are responsible for the entire amount for all dates you reserve, regardless, when you arrive or depart. If for any reason we are unable to provide lodging reserved, Mountain Lakes Lodge's liability is limited to amounts paid for such reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellations and shortened stays made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee, per cabin, per change. Please allow 30 days. Cancellations made less than 30 days are nonrefundable. Groups of two or more cabins are subject to a 60 day cancellation period, and total amounts owed are due 60 days in advance.

Length of Stay

There is a two day minimum stay, unless an opening exists for a one day stay. There is a four day minimum for all holidays and special events.
