With 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, a game room, and a 2-car garage this luxury home comfortably sleeps 8 people. It is complete with a 50-inch large screen TV with satellite, billiard table, wet bar, hot tub with incredible views, inside/outside sound system, slate fireplace (wood-burning), and a steam shower all designed with your relaxation in mind.

The private master suite has a king size bed, seating area, mountain views, spacious changing and vanity area with sink, and a steam shower.

Just off the kitchen the outside deck features a hot tub, heavy-duty gas grill and views that will take your breath away.

Hunters -- with the two car garage to park your ATVs and the fenced corral for your horses this vacation home is the perfect destination to bring your buddies and spend a week hunting on the adjacent BLM land in addition you are just 15 minutes from Durango. Remember this is a home that your family will enjoy not just your hunting buddies.
