Historic tours originating from the Western Hotel, the oldest three story wooden structure on the western slope, including an authentic old west saloon with the famous "FACE ON THE BAR ROOM FLOOR." Built in 1891, it combines Victorian Italian elegance with the old, wild west.
The historic saloon restaurant, ballroom, original lobby, second floor verandah, and cliffside outdoor patio can all be reserved for your mountain wedding. Rent a room or the entire hotel, ballroom and saloon.
Enjoy affordable gourmet family dining at the truly authentic great old place with ceilings as high as the western skies. The original carved bar is stocked with all the spirits. The face on the saloon floor and the old wall hangings remain to spite of the passing of time.
