This is a well maintained property in a relaxing, picturesque environment. NEW Rustic-style modern cabins, most with kitchens, on the San Juan River are open year-round. The RV Park is open May through October with 30 and 50 amp full hookup, most are pull-thru sites. On site: restrooms, showers and laundry. FREE WI-FI. A new rec room is open with a TV, VCR, books, games, card tables plus a Jukebox! We have movies for you to borrow to watch in the rec room, your cabin or your RV. Adjacent to the San Juan National Forest. This is a beautiful, scenic area for fishing, hiking, biking, rafting, hunting, downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.
